Korbins 3rd Birthday Blue Dance Party!!!

Korbin is 3.... I can not believe it!!! He wanted to have a "Blue Dance Party" hahah he is so awesome! He also wanted a "Blue Spiderman Soccer Cake"! So his aunt Katie made him one which turned out to be awesome! So we had pizza, danced, did cake and presents and it was perfect! 66 people came just for korbins birthday and it ment so much to us! Thanks for eveyone that came you are all amazing!

Aniston Lauren Sims is here!!! She was born November 12, 2010. 6 pounds 8 ounces, 18 inches long! SO CUTE!!! The labor was fast. I did start having small contractions at 6 am of the 11th and they lasted all day but they weren't strong enough to go to the hospital. I was watching Aiden and Grady while Tara when to the temple. When she got back i felt like the contractions were getting a little stronger and closer together. So Tara the planner and amazing person she is told me to start writing the time down and how far apart they were. They were about 2 min apart so she said I am taking you to the hospital and if you aren't in labor no big deal but we headed off i hurried and packed a bag. because the ME being as UNprepared and UNorganized as i am i didn't have it ready yet. Then we went. I called the doc on the way and he said you can go it but i think its false labor! So i went and they checked me. i was at a 4 and 80 %. They checked me again in an hour to see if i was moving along and i was. Soooo I called jer and told him to get work off that we were having her tonight and called my mom and told her to head up north. Jer got there when i was getting the epidural and then 10 min. after the doc broke my water i was at a 10. I started to push and my mom walked in right when i was pushing! I was so glad she made it! anyways 2 or 3 pushes and she was here! She was born at 1:13 am on the 12th of November!
I got to hold her for 30 seconds maybe and they had to hurry and take her because she wasn't breathing too well. They found out she had liquid in her lungs and they needed to keep her. She was in the NICU for 5 or 6 days... NOT FUN! The first night was SO hard I didn't even have a name for her yet. And then the doc came in and told me they were treating her for pneumonia so yeah i pretty much broke down when he left and was having a hard time. She ended up not having pneumonia though so they took her off of the meds for it and just kept an eye on her cause she was still on the respirator and all that! not quite breathing on her own. She is a strong girl though and ended up breathing on her own after a couple of days. then she started eating pretty well off of me so ya!
We are all home now and happy and Korbin loves her SO much. He always brags about "his" baby! :)

We went to Vegas for a couple of days just to get away! We stayed at Circus Circus which is a perfect place to go if you have kids cause there are alot of kid things to do in that hotel! The first day we chilled.... went to the pool, ate alot, and played carnival games! jer was determined to get korbin a prize so we ended up spending like $30.00 and all we ended up winning was a tiny little fish!!! haha oh well he loves it and it was fun! The next day we went to the pool again, met up with susan and chris and ate, then went to a show for korbin where a guy trained cats and dogs that he rescued from the animal shelter. Pretty cool for korbin! then went and watched the water show, then went to find a cng station to fill up our car before we left in the morning!
Now here is the adventure story of ours! We ended up breaking down at a gas station after driving around for like an hour just trying to find a public cng station we went to get water. We had some guy named zoltan jump our car and we made it back to the hotel by 2am! Korbin was actually being ok but then he woke up in the middle of the night and wouldnt go to back to sleep for like an hour, then some random dude knocked on our door at 8am and he was at the wrong door, then house keeping knocked on the door an hour later but werent there when we opened the door... SO LAME!!!
So that was our night of bad things happening!
Then when we got up jer went to see if the car started and was going to work while korbin and i got ready and packed and it was working fine so we were headed home. Then about 30 miles to mesquite our car just stopped working again! The gages were going all crazy then the car just stopped so we pulled over and jer figured that it was the alternator so we called a mechanic to come out and fix it... It took him 2.5 hours to get there so in the mean time Me, Jer and Korbin were sitting in the car with the windows down and doors open in 115 degree weather just waiting! We took off korbins cloths to keep him cool and drank alot of water! The only people that stopped for us were two Hispanic guys and a police officer! I thought that was kinda sad! But goes to show all the raciest people out there that Hispanic people are nicer than white people! haha anyways It ended up being the alternator and we were on our way and made it home that night! It was NOT fun and MISERABLE but just another one of those things that brings us closer together! Jer was so nice! He didnt drink much water cause he wanted to make sure korbin and i had enough! and he stood out side so korbin and i could be in the shade till we figured something out where he sat in the back! He is so nice and respectful! So that was a big thing for me that made me think that this could be alot worse and could be alot harder! I have a wonderful husband and a wonderful child who was awesome the whole time by the way! His face was bright read so sad but he was drinking water and doing fine!
Anyways im grateful we made it out of there safely and thats someone could come and help us! Blessings came out way even though i could look at it like they didnt! They did for sure!
Sorry so long but it is worth me remembering stuff like this!
I am so grateful for my husband who is trying and succeeding to be a wonderful husband and he is just amazing! Things do get hard and arent perfect but its really amazing how when we both try to do things for each other to make one another happy how happy we are as a couple! I love life right now and couldnt ask for anything more! well except to be rich but we will get there one day! :)

WE ARE GOING ON A CRUISE ON SEPT 26TH- OCT 1ST!!!!! YAY!

We are going to Cabo and the ship is porting there for 2 days! Jeremy knows spanish so we are going to go site seeing the first day and the second day we will prob just chill on the beach!

I am so stoked!!! I have never done anything like this!!! :) yay

SO for some reason i have not been being good about taking pictures and i only took these on my birthday! But i will just tell you what we did!
First Jeremys mom susan took me to my fav restaurant for lunch... Happy Sumo!!! mmmmmm... so that was awesome she gave me my gifts which were a wallet for my new purse my mom gave me which is a miche purse with two sleeve things! then susan gave me some nice shampoo and conditioner and a way cute necklace that i am wearing in these pic if you can see. she also put money in my wallet that she gave me so i went on a shopping spree with britt and she helped me find awesome deals at ross i got two jeans, Capri's, and two shirts for 70 dollars... and the jeans were actually long enough! We were going to go swimming but it was over cast and cold kinda so i just went shopping as i said before!
It was like 5 when we got back to britts house so we had to hurry and drop Korbin off at susans (thats where these pic are taken) She watched him over night for us which was awesome!
I had no idea why we had to hurry but jer set up a little surprise dinner with friends at chilis for me! Gavin, Beej with Daxon, Brittany, Mitch, Katie, Derek and the girls, and Cory and Amy with little Taylor! So that was awesome.
Then we went and saw funny people which was funny but way to many swear words...
Then we went and hung out at mitch and britts for a while then went home and went to bed!
I had a wonderful birthday! Thanks Jer you are the BEST!!!

SO..... sorry for being so lazy and not putting any posts up... So here is a LOT of information of what has been happening in our lives! We moved to IL as you saw but jeremy hated it so we moved back a month later! We lived at my moms for a couple of weeks till we could figure out what we were going to do.... so now we are living in orem in a tiny one bed room apt but it totally works cause rent is so cheep! We are hoping to buy a duplex in sep or oct! and thats about it!!!!
Korbin is getting big and growing up so good! he is so cute and running everywhere and getting into everything! He is alot harder to keep up with but it is a BLAST!!!

So Korbin is such a little boy it is funny! He is walking now and that brings BOO BOO'S!! and finding gross things!

But this was just in his mouth!!! GROSS!!! its legs were still moving when he spit it out!

I saw him going for something dark on the floor so i ran over there right when he started putting it in his mouth and when i got to him he spit it out and this is what i saw and the floor! I totally FREAKED OUT!!! bugs don't bug me until they are in my little boys mouth! SICK!!!

He was walking down the hall and lost his balance cause it was nap time and he hit his head on the Door henge!!! SO SAD!

And this one was when he had a hair spray bottle cap in his mouth and he was playing in the cubbord that he loves and he fell out face first and it smashed his lip and gave him a fat lip and a bloody tooth and lip!!! SO sad... he is a strong boy though so he forgot about it pretty fast!

Korbin has been taking a couple steps here and there for a couple of weeks now and he is finally getting more confidence and he is taking off!!! he still falls but he is doing really really good!!!

I cant believe how old he is getting! he is still so tiny so it is even cuter that he is walking!!! I will put more up on here but this is all you get for now because it is too hard to film him and get him to walk to me!!! ha ha sorry!

So Jeremy decided last minute to go out and sale for apx this summer so we are in Bloomington IL!!! yeah i know right! ha ha but hopefully it will be good!

Mike came to say bye to us and he said we have to have a memories of our old house and our awesome car!!! this is the best car in the world! now only if it had hydraulics it would be even better LOL!!! maybe even an A track player!!! If that what they are called! LOL ok well enjoy! We will see you all in August prob.!

Zions Trip with Mike and his Family!

Mike Lamont our friend and jeremys boss asked us to go to Zions National Park with him, his 4 Kids, his brother and sister inlaw and there 4 kids and His sister! We had a ton of fun and we stayed in an awesome cabin it was a 3 bed 3 bath house with a huge kitchen and an awesome back yard that the kids could go explore! SO ya it was TONS of fun and a good get away! So thanks mike for inviting us!!!

Me, Jer and Korbin went up to Jeremys Aunt Marlene's and Uncle Brians for easter and it was alot of fun! There was alot of family there! Korbin was really sick so he wasn't having too much fun but it was good to see everyone!

I can NOT believe my little boy is already one!!! Time has gone by so fast! Watching him grow and learn is so much fun... We love our little boy so much and done know what we would do with out him! We dont even remember what we did with out him! Then again I have either been pregnant or we have had him sense we have been together but still! Anyways just wanted to say happy Birthday to my tiny little boy! Thank you to all of our friends and fam for everything you have done for our little fam!

I made a tennis court cake for everyone to eat and a tennis ball cake that korbin ate!!! I KNOW IT TURNED OUT MUSTARD YELLOW!!! I wanted to put a little green in the yellow to make it so it was yellowish green but nope it make is look so gross! oh well!!!

So Mitch and Britt invited us to go swimming for lexeys bday! Korbin was not having a good time! he was sick and we didn't realize it till later that night when he threw up all over me and that happened for a couple nights! poor little guy! so that is why in these pictures he is not very happy!!! and same with in the videos! Korbins First Hair Cut!!!

Korbin got his first hair cut today and he looks so freakin cute! We just decided well he is going to be 1 in 3 days and it is about time for a hair cut so Jer cut it and did such a great job! K you tell me what you think? Jer thinks these were Korbins first steps and i think he was falling and accidental took some steps!!! Either way it is cool i just want to see what other people think...

And also he took his first real steps today... granted it was only two from one couch to the other but it was So awesome!!! He is just too stubborn to walk when we want him too!!! looks like we have another Grady on our hands!!!

Some things Korbin does!!!

* When he sees you are eating he chomps his mouth... and you all know me i hate it when people chomp but he is so cute i would have never though i would say chomping is cute!! (he got it from Jer when Jer was eating Korbin noticed that Jer was eating with his mouth open, Korbin saw and started doing it too) SO CUTE

* He says baby... i read to him the baby animals book and he started saying it one morning!!!

* Bonks his head on walls and your head when you say bonk!!! ha ha must be a genetic thing!!! Aiden and Grady did it too!

* Dances when he hears music!

* Pokes everything with his sword i got him! It is just a foam sword and he LOVES it... he wont let it go!

*He gives me loves in the morning when he is still tired by putting his head down into my neck!!! and Kisses! The kisses it looks like he is just trying to bite me though but i am going to say it is kisses!!!

* Gets into everything obviously!!!

* He just laughs so hard all the time i love it!!!

Korbin, Aiden and Grady always have so much fun together.... Aiden is so protective over Korbin and Grady wants to always play fight with him like Aiden does to Grady!!! so its like a circle... its really funny.
The reason why they are all taking a bath is because my friend Katie gave Aiden and Grady a hair cut and they were all itchy and crying so they got in the tub and Korbin loves tubs so he crawled so fast so i just let him get in with them... They had so much fun together!!! Cute boys!

I love my husband and son SO much i cant describe just how much in words!!! They are so fun together Korbin loves Jeremy so much... When Jer walks in a room Korbin just gets so happy and smiley!!! I love it!

Korbin is all over the place... he is finally crawling normal instead of army crawling and he pulls himself up and walks all around the couches and the fire place and coffee table and the gate by the stairs! Saying that you prob know that he falls and hits his head alot. We are trying to make it so he is tough so we wait to go and pick him up which is SO hard for me but it is worth it in the long run.. he doesn't cry as much as he used to!!!

So we have a fun and busy life chasing Korbin around so he doesn't get into everything... for example i was taking a shower and i though Jer put Korbin in his jumper cause i could hear him in the bathroom... But nope he sure wasn't in his jumper! Jer walked in and was like oh no laur look!!! Korbin was standing next to the toilet and he was so happy cause he always try's to get to the toilet but we obviously don't let him near it.... So yeah we have alot of fun.

Also Korbin's two bottom teeth finally broke through!!! Yay he was so sad before cause it was hurting him but he seems alot happier! The only problem with that is that i am still breast feeding. . . yeah when he decides to bite down while he is eating it is really not that much fun for me! IT HURTS SO BAD!!! ha ha so i am trying to ween him off of it slowly. I tried the hard way to just stop cold turkey and that was a bad idea!!! ouch!

Today was a VERY special day for us!!! We blessed Korbin at our house and my Grandpa Hansen did it for us which is awesome because he actually baptised me!!! So it ended up being a great day!!! So Me, Jeremy, Korbin, Carla, and Tre all went up to Temple square and we had a great time! We got all bundled up and bundled up Korbin, walked around looking at the lights and then we decided to see the Joseph Smith movie!!! It was really good but really sad. Anyways in the middle of that Cole and his girl friend Angela met up with us and we got Hot Cocoa after then just went home but it ended up being a great night!!!

So yeah the whole night ended up being alot of fun.... For those of you who will understand this i was in alot of pain because i didnt have Korbin to relieve me!!! ha ha i missed about 3 feedings and it looked like i had some sort of surgery done by the end of the night!!! ha ha that might be inappropriate but thats just me i guess!!

This is what Jeremy gets to deal with almost EVERY time he works.... people are so crazy!
This old guy was SO mad that he freaked out and he wanted to press charges on Jeremy for assault "for pushing him down on the ground" ha ha as you can see he just falls and he wanted an excuse to get mad at someone. We did tow his car but just because he parked where he was not supposed to. He was freaking out... there were like ten cops here and the ambulance and the fire truck cause he was throwing a fit!!! he said his back got hurt!!! cause he dropped to t he ground... wow i know.... go him!

We made it!!!! Jeremy and I had a crazy first year of marriage... with me being 2 months pregnant when we got married we were dealing with the first year getting to know each other better and me being crazy pregnant on top of it!!! ha ha he was a good sport about all of it... Jeremy is the most loving kind person... sometimes we can really frustrate each other but what married couple doesn't!!!

For our little get away anniversary surprise that he did for me is we went to Park City... He wanted to go to Vegas cause that's where we went on our honeymoon but he knew I would miss Korbin too much and just be so stressed the whole time. So Susan took Korbin for the day and night for us and we went the night before the 15Th and he got a little hotel/condo like what we stayed in for our honey moon. We went and ate at a mexican restaurant... I don't know why but then we went back to our hotel and put the fire on and watched football.... ha ha i know such a guy thing but I'm the one that wanted to do that!!! that's what i get for growing up what 6 boys and all of there friends!!!! Anyways so i was excited to finally get a full nights rest.... Of course i didnt because we had mexican food.... and ever sense i had been pregnant it makes me really sick. so i was tossing and turning all night!!! oh well it was still fun.

Well so the next day on our actually anniversary Jeremy had the whole day planed. We were going to get breakfast, go on the alpine coaster, and the zip line and all that fun stuff. It ended up being closed and we were both so tired anyways that we went to a park, and we sad under a tree in our car!!! ha ha he took a nap and i read my twilight book!!! lol wow go us i know but it turned out to be really fun even though it wasn't that eventful...

Jeremy always surprises me with fun things like this on either birthdays, or anniversaries or what ever.. I love being surprised so it is always fun for me to see what amazing things he comes up with!

So I love Jeremy very much and he is just my favorite person ever. We were most defiantly meant to be!!! WOW this is long and I'll be surprised if you read it but yeah that was our wonderful adventure for our anniversary!!!

SO my birthday was AMAZING!!! We woke up and dropped off Korbin with Jeremy's mom, Than he took me on a scavenger hunt to get my birthday present!!! which is to go see the top ten girls and boys on SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE do there tour thing! Sept. 26Th i think the date is so i am SO excited about that!!! and then we went to seven peaks, than we came home and got ready and he took me to his office where we met up with our friends Mitch and Britt and we were just waiting and i had no idea what we were waiting for!!! but than a limo came pulling up and picked us up!!! that was SO cool cause i have never been in a limo before and i had always wanted to, than we pulled up to Happy Sumo my fav. pace to eat... than after that we had some time left in the limo so we went and drove around!!! then we went home and talked with Jeremy's mom and Mitch and Britt and i got to see my little boy after a long day with out him. but it was a good little break!!!
I have the best husband in the world!!! So both of my bdays with him have been amazing!!!

We went to Long Beach to an aquarium. we were going to go to Sea World but we didn't leave the beach till 5:00pm and we didn't want to spent $100.o0 for just a few hours! so we went to this fun place! Korbin loved looking at the colorful fish!

We thought we were so funny to make ugly faces!

This sting ray scared the crap out of Jeremy... he was touching it at it moved and he yelled and scared the little kids around him!!! ha ha it was really funny!

Ya so right after we went here we went to eat and i ordered Snow Crab!!! ha ha Jeremy didn't know how i did it but i guess i just love crab that much!!! ha ha
This is a sea horse but it has leaves all over it!!! so crazy looking!!!

This was the coolest thing ever.... they were shark eggs that they slit a whole it and put plastic clear stuff over it so that you could see them growing!!! those little mini sharks were moving and breathing... SO CRAZY COOL!

Our First Date!!!

First time Jeremy went to Ephraim!!!

I took Jeremy to the jazz playoffs last year!!! Thats what made him relize i'm pretty much amazing!!! ha ha

about 35 weeks preg...

Prob about 25 or so weeks

I dont know but it was early in the pregancy!!!

Jeremy suprized me when i came home from a trip i went on with my mom for the weekend. I walked in the door and there were candles and rose petals EVERYWHERE!!! you'll see in the next pic but i walked in and was saying his name and he didnt respond... i walked down the lit up hallway and saw on our bed WILL YOU MARRY ME!!!! he came out of the closet and got down on one knee and said i want to spend the rest of eternity with you.. i love you so much.. and more then he said will you marry me!!! Obviously i said yes and we have been so happy ever sense!!!

So today was a fun day! We dont have many pic because it just me, Jeremy and Korbin so not that easy to have fun and take pic. The reason why we went is because my wonderful Mother in-law gave us a season pass. just one though which is cool because we only have to pay for one! We tried to get people to go but no one was able to so we just ended up going. Next time we will find people cause there wasnt much we could do. we went on the lazy river with Korbin and it was so cute... he doesnt like gettin water splashed on him though and we all know how crazy little kids get at water parks so we only went around a few times than got out and sat in the shallow end of the wave pool... but than korbin got tired so we just went and layed out for a bit while he was asleep! it was fun though we just need more people to go so that we can go on rides and take turnes watching Korbin!!!

We got to go on a little date just me and Jeremy! It was really nice! not that we didnt miss Korbin or anything but being able to eat without holding him and trying not to drop food on him is nice everyonce in a while!!! We went to PF Changs while my wonderful sis. inlaw and brother watched him for a couple of hours. than we went to a move... "Hancock" it was a fun movie kinda over the top but it was fun. Korbin acctually went with us to that but he was really good and i fed him in the theater and he fell right asleep after! So over all it was a really fun good night!

So for the 4th Jeremy had to work so me and my friend brittany helped out in the office so we would have something to do while our husbands worked! We got board being inside so we took the office chairs outside and helped write stuff down for them there. Our babys who are just two days apart were really good for us they slept most of the time.. Korbin was asleep the WHOLE time which isnt going to be fun tonight!!! It did help out at the time though... Before that Me, Jeremy, Mitch and Britt and our babys Lexey and Korbin had a BBQ before we went to work and just chilled.. all of us were pretty tired from the night before!
Today was a GREAT day though... We love Mitch and Britt so much. Even if we just sit and dont do much we still have so much fun! Anyways that was our day!

So we finally got to hang out with Mitch, Britt and Lexey. We are all so busy lately that we dont get much time to chill! But Korbin and Lexey are so fun together... I dont think they know the difference but it is fun for us!!!!
